On May 20, 2025, the time had come again: The 12th edition of the renowned conference “Technology in Hospitals” took place at the Floridsdorf Clinic – and SPIEGLTEC was there!
Markus Schweiberer and Manuel Brandstätter showed how modern planning works today with their presentation “Successful integration of future-oriented technology in the smallest of spaces through BIM planning” – using a practical example.
- Who or what is SPIEGLTEC and what makes us an innovative partner – especially in the healthcare sector?
- How do we use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to accompany complex projects from the initial idea through to implementation? And what does it all look like in practice?
- A technically demanding conversion of a cardiac catheterization laboratory at tirol kliniken was presented.
The conclusion: digital planning makes a lot of things possible – even when space is tight and requirements are high. Efficient, well thought-out and to the point.
Around 150 experts from the fields of technology, planning and healthcare attended – invited by WEKA Industrie Medien, ÖVKT and the Vienna Healthcare Association (WIGEV). In addition to exciting presentations, there was also plenty of opportunity for discussion and a guided tour of the clinic.
