1. Initial assessment
We collect all relevant data and information about your existing plants and systems.
- Data and information collection: We collect information about current processes, technologies, and systems, including documentation of existing DCS systems, logistics processes, and automation solutions.
- Interviews and workshops: Through discussions with your employees, we gain a deep understanding of current processes and challenges.
- Document analysis: We review existing documentation, plans, and reports to obtain a comprehensive picture of your infrastructure.
2. Analysis and evaluation
A detailed analysis of the collected data to assess the current technical condition and identify potential failure risks.
- Technical evaluation: Analysis of the age, structure, and reliability of your DCS system in comparison to current standards and best practices.
- Risk analysis: Identification of potential risks and vulnerabilities, as well as evaluation of the impact of system failures and redundancy requirements.
3. Final report & action plan
Preparation of a structured final report with recommendations for troubleshooting and optimization based on the findings. The report includes:
- Overview of identified problems and vulnerabilities
- Analysis of the causes (root cause analysis)
- Presentation of the impact on operation, quality, and efficiency
- Suggestions for short-term and long-term optimization measures
- Prioritization of measures according to urgency and benefit
- Rough cost estimate: Determination of the expected costs associated with the measures
